3-Day Easy Return Policy

We offer a 3-Day Easy Return Policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A continuous 360° unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible, without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

Claims for damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective items may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if your order meets our return eligibility criteria.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Organiq Home will bear the return shipping cost.
